This is simply too easy and good-for-you for me not to pass it along! Grecian eggs pack a powerful punch of pro-biotic protein (yes, you know this former English teacher had fun with that allitaritive gem). They turn out so nice and fluffy, too!
To make Grecian eggs, whisk a spoonful of Greek yogurt into your scrambled eggs. Easy, huh?
I added 1.5 Tbs. yogurt to my 3 egg whites. If you're a yellow-eater, just add the same amount of yogurt to two full eggs. They really do have a great taste and are excellent for you!
