I can't tell you how much I love the sound of footsteps on the front porch steps followed by the sound of the little fridge opening. It makes me smile every time. I just love sharing our delicious eggs with others. And, I appreciate so much the many of you who are supporting our little farming endeavor.

So, as a thank you, I've created our seasonal recipe cards. With each new season, I'll print up some Brood Farm recipes and have them available by the eggs. Of course, each recipe will call for Brood Farm eggs, and I'll try to keep the recipes in line with the seasons. Since very few fresh veggies are available here during the winter, the winter recipe card offers two delicious breakfast casseroles, one on each side of the card.
