Wednesday I delivered 58 DOZEN EGGS!

And, this is what it looked like after delivery. I'd pre-sold every full dozen we had.

With those 58 dozen (and lots of bars of soap) spread out over about 20 delivery stops, it was time to up the organizational strategy. Yep, I needed a spreadsheet!

It was a long but fun day (have I mentioned before how much I love interacting with our customers? ;) I'd bargained with myself that if I could make all of the stops with enough time to spare before the kids got off the school bus, I would reward myself with a much-needed pedicure. Alas, you can see here what my feet still looked like before I got cleaned up for bed last night. (You're very welcome for the nasty foot pic, by the way. Listen, at least you got out of having to see the bleeding, cracked teat pic in Wednesday's post!)
