Darcy, our Jersey cow, produces milk for us seasonally. Our raw cow milk is available for purchase through our online store. Check the listing there for more information.

Darcy lives year-round on fresh pasture and is fed an exclusively non-GMO diet. She has also tested A2A2. For more information on A2 milk, visit the following:

Beef

Periodically, we raise cows for beef. These cows are bottle-fed our nutrient-rich goat milk until weaning. Then, they are entirely grass-fed. As with all of our animals, they are raised humanely and without hormones. This is beef you can feel good about. Check out our current availability here.
